Hi. I'm trying to think of another description to put here. Any ideas? I'll try again at 420.

UPDATE:

Rick's attorney requested a continuance and the judge gave her until the end of this week, with the possibility that I may be called back in this afternoon. The paralegal said that it probably wouldn't be today. I am wondering...have Rick and his counsel found my little blog? Stay tuned for the legal updates as they occur.

In regards to libel and slander, the truth is an absolute defense. An attorney has read every single post previous to the posting. Thanks for sharing.

Exactly. It's not libel and slander if it's true.
(let me guess, Rick is a liberal? LOL)

Good luck,

He is a FIBeral...sorry...I couldn't resist. In the 1996 election he lied about voting. He said he did but had no sticker so I asked him a question he could answer if he had voted (How did you open the curtain). This would have been his first time, age 36, and he was going at my urging. He lied, he had to admit he never went. You know, I forgot that...he DID admit to a lie once.
