HIM: Where did you live before Hot-lanta?

ME: Steve,
OK, this is the brief synopsis:I was born in New Jersy and raised in the Chicago suburbs. I moved to California when I was 18 and then back home, then to Virginia, than back home, then back to Virginia a couple of times and then I moved to New York. So, I have lived in NJ, Il, Va, NY, Ca. and Gogia! How about you?

HIM: Hmmmmmm.....sounds like one of those pennies that keeps coming back...can't imagine why anybody would live in New York, or why anybody would leave Virginia, if it's the right parts of Virginia. I was born in a little place you might have heard of called Evanston, and raised in another little place you might have heard of called Arlington Heights. My father was assigned to Ford Division headquarters when I was 14, so we moved to the Detroit suburb of Bloomfield Hills. From there, Vanderbilt (I-65 wasn't completed then, and I think my dad thought he'd fallen off the edge of the earth). I've lived in Lansing area since 1974...worked many years in City Hall, so people always assume I must know everything about state government. Ah, well.........P.S. Methodist. Generally speaking, anyway.
