Hi. I'm trying to think of another description to put here. Any ideas? I'll try again at 420.

Good morning!

I have nothing in particular to do today. I could always do laundry and if I feel better later I will. Right now I think I am going to watch the Lord of the Rings Trilogy today. If I start now, I can do it. I love that crap.

One weekend when my son was home from UGA (he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, thank you), he asked if I would watch a movie with him. I didn’t want to watch THAT one, I had heard it was long and I thought it was a kid movie (I thought the same thing about Star Wars. I didn‘t see it until 1986.When I was at a party with Harrison Ford and Fonzie in 1977, all I cared about was meeting Fonzie. I could kick myself.). But, I like my kid so I watched it. I fell in love with that movie and started awaiting the next one. I bought them all, one at a time, and Rick took them when he left. I noticed that they were missing but I figured that I had just misplaced them. Like I said, after he left I realized a lot of things and one of them was that he had been slowly moving out all summer while I was jumping through his hoops. What a jack ass.

Anyway, everybody knows how much I like those movies (which is probably why Rick took them.) so a friend bought me the box set for Christmas. I watched it during the holidays, but haven’t seen them since. I feel really badly today so I am going to lie down on the couch and watch them today.

Oh, about meeting Harrison Ford. I lived in Petaluma California at the time and my neighbor had dated Harrison when he was in town filming American Graffiti. I didn’t live there at that time but I did when he, The Fonz, and Sally Field were there filming a movie called Heroes. When Harrison came back to town for that movie, he called Kristy, my girlfriend, and invited her to a party. She asked me to come with her. I was very young and didn’t know who he was anyway and I only found out that he had been married at the time from watching the TV show Biography.

I met him but wasn’t impressed. I wanted to meet The Fonz. I did and he was very pleasant. I noticed that he was smoking Vantage cigarettes at the time. Sally Field was less than pleasant. I found her to be very pompous, but, to be fair, I only met her for a couple minutes. I was so offended by her that I had to walk away. (I DON'T like you! I REALLY REALLY DON'T!!!!)

OK, I am going to start those movies. Have a good day and I will check in later.

Meg

By the way, I keep forgetting to tell you, Rick DIDN’T cancel the insurance. They changed it and he didn’t let me know. I don’t have the cards and he won’t send them to me. That’s the situation there.
