...I just got back from the attorney's office and he wouldn't let me sign the final papers because Vex and his attorney either, A. can't do math or B. think I am an idiot. He is supposed to pay me $800 a month but they multipilied 800 by 12, then divided that by 26 and said that Vex needs to pay me $369 on the first and fifteenth of every month. That's not $800 a month.
My attorney also said that the comments by Vex and VLB should constitute "aggravated stalking". So, I have pages of comments that have information that only Vex would know and some that call me a "lesbo slut". All of them are atrociously vicious. Once again, the shear over-kill nature of the comments, not to mention the enormous numbers of them, are proof enough...but I have more. :)
Also, I was misinformed about the alimony. He CAN'T be one day late, much less 30 days late...on the first late day he is in contempt. Therefore, Vex IS currently in contempt of a court order while he is on probation after pleading guilty to charges relating to domestic violence...not too bright at all.
So, between him not being able to prove that he is up to date on his alimony and me having the IP from whence the comments came, I'd say he is pretty well screwed.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Well, I have to go shopping for a few things for my trip, I leave tomorrow. Like I said, I will have access to a laptop for the entire time so I will be staying in touch. I'll be back later tonight!
