Hi. I'm trying to think of another description to put here. Any ideas? I'll try again at 420.

If there's one thing I like...

...it's a really, really stupid joke. A friend of mine sent me a stupid joke which reminded me of the dumbest joke that I've ever heard. I thought that some of you might like a stupid joke so I decided to post it here to make you smile...or at least make you say, "That was stupid." So, here's my stupid joke:

There was a string walking down the street one day. He decided that he wanted to have a beer so he went into a bar, hopped up on the barstool and said, "I'll have a beer!" The bartender responded snidely, "We don't serve string here!"

The string left the bar and proceeded down the street. He came upon a friendly looking man and asked the man, "Would you do me a favor?" The man said, "Sure...what can I do for you?"

The string responded, "Could you tie me in a knot?" The man looked at him and said, "Tie you in a knot?" The string said, "Yes, if you wouldn't mind." So, the man tied the string in a knot.

Next, the string said, "If you would be so kind, could you just fray me around the edges a bit?"

The man was a bit perplexed but he went ahead and frayed the string around the edges a little bit. The string thanked the man and went back down the street.

The string returned to the bar, hopped back up on the barstool and said, "I'll have a beer please."

The bartender asked, "Aren't you that same string who was in here a few minutes ago?"

The string responded, "I'm afraid not."

OK, I finally got an appointment to have the drug and alcohol evaluation done. It's today at 3 PM. I have a friend who can take me there but he can't drive me home. The appointment is supposed to take about an hour and a half and they're squeezing me in so I have no clue how long it will take me to have this done and I have no idea how I'm going to get home from it but at least it will be taken care of before tomorrow so that's one less thing for me to worry about. I'm hoping that there are buses that run up that way. The closest busline to my house is one mile away so I shouldn't have to walk more than that if they do have a bus...if not, I should be home around midnight. One way or another, I'll be back after that.

See ya!
