Bloomberg is an idiot

Mayor Bloomberg is refusing to allow clergy people and cops at the memorial service Sunday. He is calling on the "constitutional right of separation and church and state". That is nowhere in the constitution, maybe Bloomberg should be sent a copy of it. What the Constitution actually says, pretty much sounds like the Founding Fathers actually would have wanted those people there:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
