Meg...
....Scotch sucks so I take small sips of it. What?!? That's crazy talk! I'm so disappointed in you right now. ;-)
Why, because I said Scotch sucks or because I only sip it? Years ago, I read a magazing article that told what you are like according to what you drink. I liked what they said about scotch drinkers so I learned how to drink it. Then, I didn't drink anything for years because of a med I was taking. When I had my brain surgery, I no longer needed the med so I thought, "Whoopy! I can drink now!" The problem was that by then I had lost my taste for it and nothing tastes good anymore. I try to drink a beer and I am sick of it before I am halfway done. Occasionally, I do get lucky and order something that tastes good. Then, if I am really lucky, I get a nice little buzz. But, usually, it just makes mebtired and I go home early. Oh well, what can you do? So, Guy, what did I do to disappoint you?
Usually when I know I will probably have a hangover the next day, I will eat some type of bread. Then take an Aspirin, A One-A-Day, My Calcium Supplement, and then drink water. I will usually set a large glass of ice water next to my bed so that by the time I wake up, it wont be all warm. When you wake up, make sure to have some juice, and eat something. I make myself a "hang-over" omlette. Eggs, green peppers, sausage, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions, and salsa. MMMmmm!! when it is done cooking, it is pretty much all the same color, but it hits the spot.
Whatever floats your boat! I personally try sausage and gravy the next day. But, basically, the things that will help the most are sugar, water, aspirin, caffiene and vitamin C. But, if you have any hangover cures that work as well as this guy says his works, do tell!
Well, my Dad is supposed to come up again today so we can make that car legal. I called the attorney's office and they said that they hadn't heard back from VEX's attorney so I don't know what is going on but I will let you know as soon as I do!

My current favorite drink is Bacardi Coco and diet coke with lime. You might want to give that a try. Everyone that I have introduced it to loves it.
