Limerick Gal and Meg Have Fun!
Not only did I get a great new bed today...
...even better...I got a brand new friend! Limerick Gal and I went to Hemingway's on the Marietta Square and played Trivia. We lost but we had a blast. I've been out with girlfriends far too rarely over the past few years and this must all end! I know now that it's over. I knew it then. There would be no way, people...no way I could ever forgive myself, not with this friendless thing that's been going on for 20 years! No one should ever build their life around one person. I did that. I did it for Rick. And if HE could leave me...anyone could leave anyone. Even if they don't leave...they could always get hit by a truck. I wasn't that lucky...Rick just left. And I was alone in a land far, far away...without a friend to call my own. I do have Anne Arky but our schedules conflict so much that I rarely get to see her. Besides, it took me 2 years to find her after Rick left. So, I must add a few more friends to my life. I've never once had too many friends...I don't think it's possible. Too few...yes. Too many...not a chance.
So, now I'm making more friends...the kind that want nothing from you but your friendship (or your son...but that's another post) and that's just the type of buddy that Limerick Gal is. She and I had a great time.

But now I'm extremely depressed, very lonely and indispensably jealous! :( lol
