I can be such a jerk...
...I let myself get dicked around again and I’m stunned that I did that. You know, I am a good person, I’m not a hag looking skank, and I am most certainly fun to be around. I’m honest, true to my word and an adult. I have to keep telling myself that. There are some people in this world who like to manipulate people and I fell for that again. I let myself be put into a situation where I poured my heart out just to be slapped in the face AGAIN.
Do yourselves a favor, that is if you find yourself being treated poorly, don’t allow it to happen! Remember how decent YOU are and never let people who don’t appreciate that into your life. There are people who only want you when you are aloof or in need. They love it. Then, they stick the knife in and twist it hard. For some reason there are people who like to have another person cry over them, they have you right where they want you. If there is anyone who does that to you on a regular basis, see it for what it is.
OK, that’s that. I have to go to my first Rent-A-Wife job, a man who lives in a “Peachtree Road high rise” (nice area in Atlanta) needs someone to do some light housekeeping and give him a massage (it’s ordered by the doctor according to him). So, if all I do is that, I’ll be cool with it. But if this guy thinks that a massage is anything more than therapeutic, he has a big surprise coming, not to mention a large disappointment. But, if he is on the up and up, I will charge through the nose for that. Anyway, I am on my way out the door but I saw that I said I’d be back in the am so I wanted to say a word or two. So, now I’ll be back later today, after I “wife” some guy and walk my dog in the battlefield. Have a great day, hold your head up high and ACT LIKE YOU’RE SOMEBODY! I plan to do just that.

OMG! I was just putting on my make up and watching Inside Edition. They spoke of Katrina victims...not the REAL victims who either died, or lost a loved one... they actually said, "See what happened when this woman reuturned to her 'beloved home'!" Beloved home? What in the hell is that? Then they spoke of some poor guy who's Jaguar was ruined, and "he only bought it 8 months ago"!!! Then they showed a woman who was fighting mold with a can of Lysol and whining that "I can't take it!" What in the world were they thinking? What a smack in the face to people who truly were victims! I was appalled and I'm not easily appalled. There are people all over this country who are homeless, they would love to clean mold and have a home. There are people who's piece of crap cars are gone forever with no insurance...they had nothing much in the first place and now they have absolutely nothing. I cannot believe that a TV show had the nerve, audacity...IGNORANCE to show these well to do people and call them VICTIMS! I am just disgusted. That poor Jag dude will have to wait for his insurance check to get a new Jag and the women who lost her "beloved home: will have to wait for her's as well before she can rebuild her beautiful home. And then mold lady....WHO GIVES A SHIT IF SHE HAS MOLD? Her family is still healthy as is she. I think that show was an outright insult to people who truly LOST in that hurricane. don't you? OK, I'm outta here for now.
