Hi. I'm trying to think of another description to put here. Any ideas? I'll try again at 420.

Hi!

I've had a relatively boring day today except for all of the hang up calls that I've been getting from Rick's buddy. I have never understood the thrill of the hang up call. When I want to harrass someone, I usually choose a more creative method of annoying people. I used to use the three way calling to hook up people on the phone and listen to them both wonder how their phones rang at the same time when nobody called anyone. That was fun.

Rick's ex wife used to call me and hang up until I figured out who it was. When they invented caller ID, I finally found out who it was so I had her phone number changed to a non-published number. That was funny, the hang up calls are just boring. I would appreciate a good joke that took a bit of thought a lot more than I do the stupid hang up calls.

I have never understood the hang up call. I suppose a 10 year old would get a bang out of those. I don't get a full grown adult who can't come up with anything better than dialing a number, hanging up when someone answers it and then just cackling away as though they had gotten away with something good.

Oh, another idiot who likes the hang up call is my ex's wife. She stays up most of the night drinking and when she gets a bit shit faced, she comes up with the brilliant idea of making harrassing phone calls. I've never been so obsessed over someone that I wanted to waste my own time calling them and hanging up. I spoke to Rick earlier this week and he said that he couldn't imagine Tish making all those phone calls but then again, he's still insisting that she's just a "friend". I never bother confronting him with common sense anymore, it didn't work while we were married, I don't see why it would work now that we're divorced so I just act as though nothing's wrong.

OK, now I've gotten an odd offer for a date this weekend. This is it:

i have this idea, that i want to run by you...if you're free saturday, lets go to the civc center and look at dead bodies..lol..its that show for science called the human body on dispaly..where they disect it all and show it the different parts..i want to go.

Oddly enough, that sounds like fun, doesn't it? At the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, they used to have human embyos and fetus's on display. As political correctedness started changing things, I wondered how long it would be until someone complained about that. The last time I went, they had put the entire display in storage because of people bitching about it. I find that terribly ironic because that display was the most popular thing that the museum had. You would have to wait in line for a very long time to see those babies because so many people wanted to look at them. They were up there for decades and then all of a sudden, they were put away because a few people complained. I have no idea what kind of display this one is but I'll tell you after I go on Saturday.

OK, now I'm going to get ready to go out for a little while. Hopefully, my son will come over here as soon as he gets of from work. I have a few stupid things to do. I wonder how Tish will enjoy herself while I'm not here to answer the phone?

Meg
