Boggled Thoughts To Kill The Time...
Well, the reporter has left. (While she was here, the dentist's office called to say that Rick cancelled my insurance which means he probably cancelled my medical insurance. The hits just keep on coming!) She said the article would be out sooner rather than later but I don't know when yet...I will let you know. Well, I haven't had more than 4 hours sleep in the past three nights so I am going to take a little nap so that I can get up and clean the heck out of my house. My Dad is coming. (Ominous music plays in background.) I'll be back shortly!
Your willingness to gamble on extreme long shots is endearing, but you never should've bet your life savings on the Bears to win the 1986 world championship.
Duh. Why not? They won that year. I never DID understand the Onion people.

Nope. The horoscopes are all in good fun. I have never worried about them But...I have bought a lottery ticket because they said something akin to..."Today is your lucky day!" It never worked. Oh well.
You shouldn't worry too much about the youngin' (can I call him that at my age?) reading this site. It doesn't sound like you've said anything you'd regret.
No, nothing I'd regret. But, I did say he was....damn it, I almost did it again. You can call him youngin', but..he is your age.
But the apprehension is still there.
I wouldn't worry until a reporter calls you. :)
Your mom's advice seems passive, geared to an era when a woman had fewer options for support and the onus for keeping a relationship from sinking was more on her.
Yeah...but the funny thing was..she did not take her own advice.
And...speaking of horoscopes, here is mine for today:

your mother and my mother must be from the same era........she told me that also, and i sorta listened. I did keep my mouth shut, but i also poured a bottle of nair hair removal in his conditioner and shampoo. His hair fell out in clumps, his girlfriend dumped him because she thought he had a disease, the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong and his medical bills kept climbing, and then i kicked him out when he had no place to run to. Revenge is sweet.
